Professor Cristina D. Ramirez, MPA, MSLS, MA is a Library Manager, author, writer, national speaker and presenter and doctoral student in Educational Leadership. She has been teaching, presenting, and speaking on issues of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Libraries and government services for over a decade. She serves on the Board of Directors, Richmond Chapter for the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities and is a member of Leadership Metro Richmond, Class 2008 and the Community Trustbuilding Fellowship, Class of 2015. She has previously served on various Board of Directors and Executive roles for Library Associations and local non profits. She spends a month in Spain every year in her family home and has a pit bull named Dolly. @cdramirez1

Bauman Erica

Erica Bauman represents a wide variety of authors for both children and adults, including acclaimed YA author Andrew Auseon and Broadway performer Tiffany Haas. Erica is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and has worked in the publishing industry for the last seven years. Before coming to Aevitas she worked at Spectrum Literary Agency. Based in New York, Erica is currently focused on representing a wide range of authors across middle grade, young adult, and adult fiction, as well as some select narrative nonfiction projects.
