We have four great options in our tiered membership program that help each member find the participation level that best suits their needs while maximizing savings!
James River Writers Annual Membership Tiers
Student Membership ($30 annually) is open to full-time high school and college students.
Traditional Membership ($65 annually) is our most popular membership, giving you access to all our standard benefits and discounts.
Writing Show Membership ($125 annually) includes current membership and a season pass to the Writing Show. At this membership level you will receive all the Writing Show recordings for any online programs, even if you can’t attend the show.
(Nearly) All-inclusive Membership ($629 annually) is for members who want to attend (almost*) everything JRW offers! It includes current membership, a Writing Show season pas, registrations to all single-session Master Classes, Nuts & Bolts programs, and registration to the Annual Conference, including the Pre-conference Master Classes. Additionally, members at this level always stay top of mind for new opportunities. As long as we’re recording programs, this level will also get any recordings automatically, including all nine recording for the Pre-conference Master Classes, whether you are able to attend our programs or not. Nearly All-inclusive members save over $500 annually.
*Because of limited space, the Spring Retreat (Springboard!) are not included in any level of membership and must be purchased separately. For 2026, Agent one-on-one meetings in February will not be included (but conference one-on-one meetings are always included with your conference ticket!).
