For conference sponsors interested in the $500 level of sponsorship that includes having your book at the bookstore table, please read the following.
We will have a bookselling area set up next to our registration desk so that our books will get good visibility for book sales. JRW staff and volunteers will man this table throughout the conference.
In order to cover credit card transaction charges from Square and administration costs (staffing the table, selling, merchandising, collecting and remitting sales tax), we’re asking to split the sales with you 70/30—that’s 70% to you, 30% to us.
You have two options for getting your books to us. Either you can ship or bring them to our office, at the address below, no later than October 2, or you can bring them with you to the convention center. If you bring books with you, please arrive (or arrange for your books to arrive) no later than 7:30 a.m. Saturday, October 10, so that we have time to set up the area for those early bird attendees.
