Marc LaFountain is the Vice President of Support at Tumblr. He has worked in IT and communications roles with the Virginia Department of Emergency Management, Capital One, and the University of South Carolina. Marc lives in The Fan with his wife and their two crazy cats.

The Tumblr Support team responds to more than 2,000 user emails per day and provides support in 12 languages — all to ensure more than 70 million posts each day make it online.
Doug Moran is an award-winning, best-selling author as well as an executive coach, consultant, and speaker with more than 25 years of leadership experience. Doug wrote the book, If You Will Lead: Enduring Wisdom for 21st-Century Leaders to help leaders reach their fullest potential. He graduated from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University. His community involvement includes ethical leadership, affordable housing, education, and healthcare.
Ana Kamal is a Senior Digital Advocate and Trainer at Create Digital where she assists Fortune 100 clients establish their brand presence across a variety of social platforms. Having graduated with a degree in Public Relations from VCU’s School of Mass Communications, her passion lies in helping create the stories and conversations that cultivate the interactions between a brand and its community. She was recently featured in a national news story that required her to go 48-hours without the use of technology and has not let her iPhone out of her sight since. She has never met a cookie she didn’t like.

Sara Lowery Anderson is the Online Community Coordinator at Southern States Cooperative and past Social Media Chair for AIGA Richmond and the Society of Marketing Professional Services, Virginia (SMPSVA). In her roles as a marketing professional, Sara has coordinated initiatives for the production of marketing collateral and proposals, strategic teaming communication, business development, market research, and more. A social media advocate, Sara enjoys driving the initiatives for a substantial social media marketing strategy for forward thinking firms and organizations.
