Robin Farmer
Robin Farmer is the author of Malcolm and Me (SparkPress 2020), an Eric Hoffer Grand Prize Short List finalist and a nominee for the 2021 Library of Virginia Literary Award and the 2022 YAVA Award. A national award-winning journalist, Robin’s work led to a Knight-Wallace Fellowship at the University of Michigan, where she studied screenwriting. Robin’s fiction projects include screenplays and poetry. A freelance writer, she is a recipient of residencies at the Rowland Writers Retreat, the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, and the Djerassi Resident Artists Program. Director of the Virginia Screenwriters Forum, Robin volunteers with local organizations working to empower writers.

A.B. Westrick
A. B. (Anne) WESTRICK is the author of the historical novel Brotherhood (Penguin Random House). In her essay “So Many Names” (Slavery’s Descendants, Rutgers University Press), she exposes her ancestors’ enslavement of Africans, a history not previously acknowledged by her family. Anne teaches writing in Western Connecticut State University’s MFA program and features monthly book giveaways and in-depth author interviews on her blog, abwestrick.com/blog. She’s currently revising a new novel for young readers.
